Kodak Cresta 3
A box camera with a plastic body, fixed focus, 75mm plastic Dakon lens, and a single shutter speed of 1/40. It was made in Britain between 1960 and 1965 and it takes 12 frames on 120 film in square format.
It's actually pretty versatile (in box camera terms) as it comes with TWO apertures: f/11 and f/16. These are labelled in EV numbers however (EV12 and EV13). There is also a close up lens allowing close-ups of 4-7 feet that can be swung into place. There is no double exposure prevention so it's super easy to make double exposures.
