KMZ Zenit E
In production from 1965 to 1986, the Zenit E is built like a tank and weighs almost the same. This 35mm SLR has a built in light meter and self-timer and has an M42 screw mount that can take a wide range of lenses. This makes the camera pretty versatile. It is easy to focus and has a top shutter speed of 1/500. The Helios lens paired with this camera has a focal length of 58mm that gives lovely (and very sought after swirly) bokeh. It will focus as close as 18 inches. The only problem is it is easy to forget to manually stop it down.
